# Kalt

> Kalt is an opinionated operating partner that designs and develops organization, architecture, and strategy, for organizations that want to add momentum, achieve increased velocity, and improved profitability.

The site is in English. Publications are research, essays, principles, and case studies on institutions, organizations, platforms, and strategy. The blueprint is the architectural model for those platforms. Engagements are three standalone offers: independent RFX advisory, keynotes, and executive briefs. Contact is cb@ka.lt.
